Three weeks after the last Chevrolet Cruze rolled off the line at GM's Lordstown, Ohio, factory, employees are signing up for jobless benefits and deciding if they should transfer to another company plant. And they remain angry after agreeing to $118 million in annual concessions in mid 2017.
