Responding to help contain a deadly viral outbreak, automakers and parts suppliers have extended holiday shutdowns in China through Feb. 9, and some have pushed shutdowns out further, moves that could threaten one of FCA's European assembly plants within two to four weeks, CEO Mike Manley said.
